We all know that everyone loves chocolate, but also remember that chocolate does not hold up well in delivery in the summer months or to any warm weather states. We will not guarantee any chocolate shipped in hot weather.
All Chocolate must be shipped only by UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, USPS EXPRESS or USPS 2 Day. NOTE: We also will ship if in UPS Ground ZONE 2 which is usually an overnight delivery in most cases.

A WARM WEATHER PACKING charge will be added to bill, we add a minimum of TWO (2) Reusable Ice Gel Paks to the order and we use Thermal Cool Wrap for heat protection in shipping. (see picture)

In addition, we will only ship orders that could melt in the hot weather to arrive by Friday of the same week. Your order may be held to the following Monday, otherwise your candy could melt in a hot UPSor USPS truck over the weekend. Remember also UPS does not have regular delivery on Saturday or Sunday and the USPS does deliver on Saturday but not Sunday.

Furthermore, Kreation Specialties, aka K&S Travel & Crafts, LLC assumes NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGED OR MELTED ITEMS SHIPPED VIA GROUND TRANSPORTATION. In addition, UPS Next Day Air, is the recommended shipping option during warm weather conditions.

In extreme hot weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay your shipment until weather conditions permit. We will notify you.
